When will my order ship? Available items are generally packaged and ready to ship within 5 business days of the order. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Your package's time of delivery is based on the shipping method you select at checkout.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Each product lists what day the order will be available and shipped to you.
I.E. “Members Only Hoodie: pre-orders placed by December 4 will ship by December 10” - This item will be available and sent out for shipping on December 10.

How do I care for my Enlightened Living garments?
We recommend to cold-wash each garment inside out. If possible, hang or air dry.
What is your return policy?
If you need to exchange for an alternate size, email our customer support team, here. We respond to inquiries within 24-48 hours and process shipping as soon as we receive your exchanged item.
